Chaotic, but delightful

Today, I sneezed while chewing gum. The gum flew out of my mouth and hit a door. Awesome! Hahahahahaha

Forgot how much I love soccer in the rain!! Great game with lots of play time since only three girls showed up! I scored a nice goal & made a sweet save. Most importantly I did some exercise that makes me happy and doesn’t feel like a chore, and got to socialize with some sweet people :)

All around good evening! Need to remember to do this kind of stuff more often!

Only downfall is that I slipped funny and pulled my hip a bit… Am currently icing it :(

This is your life. Every minute of your day to day happenings is your life. You can’t be happy or satisfied or sure of yourself every single second of the day, the month or the year. Life is not just the good bits: vacations, infatuations & pleasant times. It’s every day you go to work, it’s the days you have the flu or are waiting around for a boy to text you (pssh I’m definitely not doing THAT today… {lies}). Sometimes I get caught in thinking that parts of my life are just interludes to pass time between the bits where I am *truly* living. What I’m struggling with lately is finding purpose, meaning and satisfaction in the activities that make up my life. If I keep trying things I’m sure I’ll eventually figure out what works, but for now I remain unsure.

Even with a lot of friends, sometimes I still feel very alone. I really cherish the relationships that I have, but it would be nice to be somebody’s first choice.

I’m one stint of freedom away from another stint of freedom.
